About Kelly

I intimately know the impact that emotional chaos, unresolved pain, and internal disconnection can have one's life and their relationships. It is normal to try and continue to function by shoving everything down and avoiding the pain. My experiences of life’s curveballs shape my understanding of vulnerability, emotional safety, and relational resilience.
