My Holistic Approach
In every session, my aim is to understand and be present with your experience. I feel honored to support you through the nuances of both the highs and the lows life brings you. Together, we'll explore your story to find meaning, understanding, and pursue wholeness. I will support you in building awareness of the patterns and cycles that keep you stuck, as well as build empathy for why those patterns happen in the first place.
As a relational therapist, I am dedicated to helping you heal and connect on a deeper level with others. I use attachment-based and trauma-informed methods to provide the right support for each client, with my main approach being rooted in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). My passion is nurturing healthy relationships; my approach to therapy helps my clients build secure relationships with those they love and a more secure sense of themselves.

About Me
I hold a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Denver Seminary. I also spent two additional post-graduate years at Denver Family Institute, gaining further training in Marriage and Family Therapy. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate and Marriage and Family Therapist Candidate in the state of Colorado.
I primarily work with adult individuals and couples. I love working with relationships — whether that is in individual therapy, helping you cultivate a healthier relationship with yourself, or with a couple who is struggling to communicate and connect in a more vulnerable way.
With extensive training and supervision in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), I help people build awareness of the patterns and cycles that keep them stuck, as well as build empathy for why those patterns happen. EFT is a well-researched, evidenced-based approach for both individual and couples therapy that focuses on strengthening relational bonds, rather than just improving communication or resolving conflicts. You can learn more about EFT here.
