Additionally, you release us from any and all claims arising out of or related to the use of such intercepted information in any unauthorized manner. Your contact information and phone number are never shared with third parties other than our Electronic Health Records system. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How long we retain your data
For users that offer their information (if any) on my website as a client, we also store the personal information they provide in their Simple Practice user profile, a HIPPA protected Electronic Health Records system. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
